Living In The Streets
Homelessness in New York City increased by almost 40 percent in 2017. Tenants are under seige in part thanks to property speculators, hedge funds and foreign oligarchs using ugly tactics to "develop" properties and evict current tenants. Rents and home purchases are unaffordable for working-class New Yorker's.
