Lycian Rock Tombs of Dalyan
Most pre-Greek civilizations of Anatolia built monumental tombs of some sort associated with ancestor worship. Lycian rock-cut tombs in Dalyan were built in the 4th century B.C. in honor of local kings, and have amazed visitors for over two millennia.
