Eskisehir Odunpazari Bread Bakery
This bread bakery, established in 1949, is located in the old Eskisehir Odunpazari district. As with most things in Turkey, the modern is rapidly replacing the traditional - the bread in Ankara was nothing like the bread I ate in traditional city of Bolu.
