Discretionary Time

Discretionary time. What a concept. In the "Land of the Free" we hardly have any free time to do anything productive, to learn, to grasp the world around us. Whatever free time we may have is wasted on watching TV. And yes, watching TV makes you dumb. At least some of us get to walk our dogs ourselves, and not hire a dog-walker...
